Before real estate, I was a backpacker living in Australia and Southeast Asia.
I watched how most people lived their lives. Working jobs they didn't care about just to pay their mortgage. It terrified me.
I refused to live a life of quiet desperation.
So I learned how to do business out of necessity.
Over the past 5 years, we've done over 200 transactions and around 70 wraps and lease options. We're not the biggest in the game. But what we truly care about is lifestyle design.
When we found wraps, a lightbulb went off.
We realized we could help families gain access to homeownership, avoid the headaches of rentals, and create a business that allowed us to do all the heavy lifting up front... then collect mailbox money every month.
Since starting this, I've honeymooned in Costa Rica. Moved to Austin. Spent 3 months in Colombia. Bought a van-life van.
And I've built a skillset that would allow me to stop working tomorrow and still collect enough cash flow to never work again.
