If you’re broke → Pick one free strategy and go all in for 90 days.

If you have $1,000–$6,000 → Start with texting or cold calling.

If you have $5,000+ → PPC is the move for less grind and more deals.

Kill the back doors.

Stop saying “I’m dabbling in real estate.”

Back doors are how people stay stuck forever.
