We helped him restructure it as a SubTo & walked him through each step of selling it on a wrap.
Now this deal is going to make him over $200,000 over the lifetime of the deal and cash flow him $700/month.
My favorite part about this deal is that he double closed it.
He literally brought $0 to the table.
He got it under contract, sold it on a wrap, and did a simultaneous closing.
If you have no money, that’s NOT an excuse.
