I just got off a call with Kenny. He lives in the Netherlands. Has never been to the United States. Not once.

And he owns 16 properties here.

I'll be honest. When Kenny first joined Wrap Academy, I wasn't sure what to expect. How does someone on a completely different continent close deals in America?

But Kenny proved something I've always believed. Real estate isn't about being on-site. It's about building the right systems and the right network.

He joined because he had a wrap deal that was stuck. Couldn't get it to the finish line. So he popped into the community, started reaching out, scheduled calls when he needed to work through something, and leveraged the network.

He's never once come to a group coaching call. But he's closed two wraps and is working on two more.

Kenny is a great example of learning by doing.

We now have a solid infrastructure built out with him in St. Louis, and he is planning on doubling down on wraps in 2026.
