Wassup y’all,

Quarter 4 fast approaches.

In my mentorship program this week, I’ve been diving deep on everything around finding buyers: I’m troubleshooting & workshopping—helping my students bring in buyers to get their deals to the finish line.

And throughout all my years of coaching..

I’ve noticed one trait that GUARUNTEES success in students and mentees:

Asking tons of questions.

The ones who succeed are the ones who are constantly showing up, asking questions, working on deals, taking action, facing fears, stepping outside their comfort zone, and asking “how can I” instead of “I can’t.”

That’s why this week’s free call was all about mindset.

Asking, “How can we adapt the mindset of a billionaire?”

“How can we think in a way that allows for us to be living the live of our dreams?”

Right now, I have 6 students actively doing their first ever seller finance deals.

It’s amazing watching the progress and growth that comes each week.

These are the skillsets that allow for us to create a life where we aren’t constantly feeling like we are on a hamster-wheel, feeling the constant pressure to generate income.

I’ve been there. I know how it feels to need to make money to survive. I don’t like that feeling.

It forces me into unaligned action.

The life I desire is a life where I can feel the weight off of my chest, and I can live a life that is in alignment with my inspiration as well as my life’s purpose.

I hear all of the billionaires on their deathbeds saying how the only important thing in life is quality time with family and the ones we love.

I work hard today, so I can enjoy the fruits of tomorrow.
