Here's the game-changer:

With conventional loans, you hit a wall around 10 properties. Your debt-to-income ratio maxes out. You can't qualify anymore even if the deals are great.

With DSCR loans, you can do infinite deals.

Because they're asset-based, each property stands on its own. The bank doesn't care how many rentals you already own.
